The Greektown Casino is charging $20 to park on Sundays for the Detroit Auto Show.. Just be aware that they might be charging for parking on other days during the Detroit Auto Show. I used to park there for free in past years... but the past couple years I was visiting on Mondays instead of on weekend days.
